Kairos tou poiesai to Kyrio! Carpe diem!!

Kairos tou poiesai to Kyrio! Carpe diem!!

I had read a lot about Kairos and Chronos. Even before I had read about these twin philosophies and perspectives about Time, I'd lived them way back in Brindavan, when I was a man while I was a boy afore becoming a man.

In the Eastern Orthodox and Eastern Catholic churches, before the Divine Liturgy begins, the Deacon exclaims to the Priest, "Kairos tou poiesai to Kyrio" ("It is time [kairos] for the Lord to act"); indicating that the time of the Liturgy is an intersection with Eternity (Kairos, 2011).

I made this blog so that I wouldn't end up like H!M.

That's why the blog reads, 'Awakening for Kairos.' Awakening... to awaken my soul from its slumber... so that I might not sleep with my eyes open, and be aware when Kairos or its remnants, HAPPEN!

The only way for that to happen is to 'Carpe Diem.' Much has been written about this concept of seizing the day and making it happen. Nuff said! Nike does it.
